It was a quiet Easter day filled with relaxing and playing outside for us. We started out the day with an egg hunt in the backyard. Then the kids opened their eggs and presents. Of course they wanted to have candy for breakfast so I let them have one egg each.

They got new shoes! :)
Later that afternoon, Savanna wanted to try riding her bike without the training wheels. We have been talking about this and she has seen some of her friends do it too. So Justin held her bike the whole time and wasn't able to let go so she could try it. She got scared that she would fall so we put the training wheels back on and we'll try again soon hopefully!

Go Savanna for wanting to try out her bike w/out training wheels... it's always scary the first time. She'll be pulling wheelies in no time!
