Picture time!

This weekend we finally had professional pictures taken of Owen. They came out really well! We also had some taken of Savanna wearing her Big Sister shirt and Owen wearing his Little Brother shirt. Savanna was an awesome big sister and I really love how well they both did!!


Since it rained most of the weekend, we ran a few errands but stayed inside most of the time. Luckily this week it's supposed to warm up so that will be a welcome change!

Owen turns 4 months old!

Happy 4 months to Owen today!! He had his 4-month check-up today and he sure is growing!! He weighed in at 16 lbs. 1 oz (75%) and is 25 inches long (50%). The doctor said he is doing absolutely perfect! Then it was time for his shots and he was not liking that at all, my poor honey!! Savanna was being the perfect big sister and told Owen it was okay. I think she got a little sad that he was crying so hard though, it was really cute.

Then we headed to an indoor playplace near us so Savanna could expend all her energy. There weren't that many kids there so it was perfect for Savanna to run around and do what she wanted. She made some new friends and had a blast!

Savanna the ballerina!

Savanna received the Bella Disney Princess Dance Studio for Christmas and yesterday, as part of her Valentine's Day gift, we got her a little ballerina leotard to wear with it. She is so cute when she dances along with the dvd. So today she got all dressed up again, and I even put tights on her and she added all the little hairclips in her hair. Happy Valentine's Day!!!

Hope you all had a great one! It rained pretty much the whole day here so not much went on. Justin picked up dinner and surprised Savanna and I with beautiful flowers and chocolates, what a sweetheart!! Valentine's Party with the Moon Bears

Savanna had her Valentine's party with her class today. Since it's not a normal school day for her, Owen and I accompanied her to school and stayed for the party. We had lots of fun watching the kids and helping out! Each student had to decorate a shoe box and then they each got to put their valentine's card in their friends' boxes. Then they got to decorate a cookie and eat it!! They were very patient and well behaved!!

Weekend Fun!

Last weekend we went up to my parents' house. Savanna and Owen loved it up there! Then yesterday we went to a going away party for my great Aunt. She is going back to the Philippines to be with my Grandma. We saw most of my cousins and they were so happy to finally meet Owen and see the rest of us since it's been a while. There was plenty of food, as usual, and we enjoyed eating and chatting it up with everyone! Here are pics from our fun weekend:

New pics

Sorry to have been a bad blogger lately. Not much has been happening. We've been getting rained on a lot so that means not being able to go out much.

Last Saturday we did get out and Savanna was finally able to go to Build-A-Bear. She picked the pink sparkly bear (of course), then they helped her stuff the bear and she put a little red heart inside of it. Then she picked out two outfits for her bear. One was a ballerina outfit and the other a soccer outfit (Justin's influence, of course :)). We had a lot of fun doing that and Savanna sleeps with her bear, whom she named Princess, every night.
