Savanna's Last Soccer Game and Post Season Party

On Saturday, the 22nd, Savanna played and Justin coached the last game of the spring soccer season. The team played a great season and Justin loved being their coach. We're taking a break and not signing up for the fall but hopefully Savanna will be back next spring. Here are a few shots from the last game:

A few days later, we had a post season pizza party and I baked cupcakes for the team:

The other players' parents pitched in together and got Justin this framed jersey with an autographed mat and picture of the team. He was so surprised! I thought it was so sweet:

Our Visit to a Local Dairy Farm

Last Saturday, we went to a local dairy farm in the city of Wildomar. We found out about this place through a preschool we visited last Friday. Oh, did I tell you that we signed Owen up for preschool? We did and he starts this August! I'm so excited for him and I still can't believe that he'll be going to school already. It's only two days a week, but I'm super happy we got in at this preschool as it was highly recommended to us and this was the last spot.

So back to the dairy farm, they have all kinds of animals that you can feed and pet, and we were able to walk to the back to see the cows. They don't feed these cows any hormones or antibiotics and the milk is pasteurized and sold right there in their store! So we bought some milk and some chocolate milk too. I only had a little of that since their chocolate milk only comes in whole milk. It was really good though, nice and creamy. The kids had a fabulous time feeding the animals in the petting area. And after that we treated ourselves to some popsicles since it was nice and warm out. We had a great time! We'll definitely be back to buy more milk. We like supporting local businesses plus the milk is super fresh and healthy!
